Hello and welcome!
I am passionate about helping others learn to live happy and healthy lives. I know first-hand how much the hard work of therapy can result in amazing personal growth. Whether this is your first time experiencing therapy or not, I am excited to join you on your healing journey.
I value trust, authenticity, respect, connection, and personalized care. My belief is that creating a safe, non-judgmental space is the foundation for processing and healing. I adjust each session to meet the client where they are at in order to give them the space they need to grow.
Our sessions together will help you explore your emotions, challenge negative thinking and behavior patterns , learn how to cope with stress, provide a space for self-reflection, and work towards achieving your goals.

Educational Background
I earned my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and my Master of Science degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman's University. I am a LMFT Associate currently under the supervision of Julia Wesley, LMFT-S.
About Me
When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with friends, family, and my dog, Reese. I enjoy coming together with friends to try new activities, gather for a meal, attend concerts and movies together, or play board games. At home you can find me indulging in one of my many hobbies, including crochet, video games, puzzles, reading, or anything related to arts and crafts.
“Healing begins in the ambiance of safety—where a person feels seen, not judged, and heard, not fixed.”
